Italian Non-Woven Abrasive Satin Rolls

Our professional-quality Italian-made non-woven abrasive rolls are designed for satin finishing, surface preparation, blending, cleaning and light deburring of metals.

The durable open-web construction provides a consistent abrasive action while remaining flexible enough to follow flat, shaped and contoured surfaces. They are ideal for use on stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and mild steel, producing an even, controlled satin finish without the aggressive cutting action of conventional coated abrasives.

These rolls can be cut easily to the required size for hand finishing, workshop use or fabrication work and are particularly useful for removing light oxidation, surface marks and minor imperfections, blending previous abrasive work and preparing metal prior to polishing or further finishing.

Available in a range of grades to suit different stages of finishing:

Coarse A – 80 grit – heavier cleaning and surface preparation
Medium A – 150 grit – general-purpose satin finishing and blending
Fine A – 180 grit – finer surface preparation and finishing
Very Fine A – 240 grit – producing a smooth, fine satin finish
Grey 600 – 600 grit Silicon Carbide – ultra-fine finishing and refinement
